You can publish using one of several Transformative Agreements available through the Rowland Medical Library at no cost.
Transformative Agreements, also known as Read and Publish Agreements, are contracts between academic institutions and publishers. These agreements allow users to read and publish articles in scholarly open access journals. Authors publish without incurring article processing charges (APCs) usually associated with open access journals.
